Entrepreneurship Is All The Rage Today. But The Odds Are Not In Your Favor: Chances Are You’ll Fail

I know. That was pretty cold. Colder than a polar bears toenails. But it is the cold hard truth. Entrepreneurship is all the rage nowadays and everyone wants to be an entrepreneur. It’s the new “cool”. But not everyone will be successful. Not to be a Debbie Downer but it takes more than just a great concept or idea. It takes more than just luck. It takes more than just hard work. Ideas are a dime a dozen. The execution of them is rare.

Success Comes From 100s or 1000s of Small Decisions

One thing I have realized is success isn’t typically the result of one major decision. Instead, it is based on thousands and thousands of small decisions. I get asked all the time about my experience and for advice. So I decided to start this blog as a way to share some of the decisions you may face as an entrepreneur and help others along the way.

Over the upcoming months, I will be adding blog posts, frameworks and other tools to help anyone looking to build, grow, market and sell in business. In so many words, you can become a badass entrepreneur. So sit back, strap on your seat belt and enjoy the ride!

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”

― Winston S. Churchill

I absolutely love this quote by Winston Churchill because of what it means to me. It’s so simple, yet so powerful. A reminder that your situation whether good or bad is not permanent.

You just have to continue to show up, work hard and grind. If you are successful today, you have to work hard to keep it. If you don’t, you will lose it. If you have failed, it is not the end of the road, you can still get up, dust yourself and work hard to turn it around. The “JOURNEY” and the “COURAGE” to get the results you want is what truly matters.
